PLAY CREATION CONTEST

Episode 1 released March 27, 2021, at 8 pm

Participants had one week to collaborate with a group of fellow theatre enthusiasts to direct, write, act and design a play. This contest took place the week of February 22 - 28, 2021. 

 

Festival Criteria for the Play Creation Contest 

1. Content must be dramatic or comedic

2. 10–30-minute time limit

​

3. General Theme options (choose a minimum of 1): Social Media, Climate Change / Environment, Love in 2020

​

4. Specific line options (choose a minimum of 1)

●      I love looking at banana peels

●      KFC is a government conspiracy

●      I find beauty in the grotesque

5. Props (choose a minimum of 1)

●      Hand cream

●      Spatula

●      Pillow

6. Reference one of these 3 public figures (choose a minimum of 1)
