About The University of Toronto Drama Coalition
Advocacy, Recognition, Celebration
The University of Toronto Drama Coalition is committed to supporting Campus Theatre at the University of Toronto. The U of T Drama Coalition advocates and provides resources for safe theatrical practices, recognizes student work through festivals, competitions, and social outreach and celebrates incredible art and the wonderful campus theatre community through events such as our annual awards ceremony.
The Drama Coalition's constitution is reviewed every April during the Annual General Meeting. Any U of T student is welcome to attend the meeting and participate in voting on amendments. Amendment proposals are welcome year-round. Please send us a message via the "Contact" page if you would like to propose an amendment.
Meet the 2024-2025 Drama Coalition Executive
NOAM
CITRIN
(she/they)
President
Noam is a fourth-year student double-majoring in History and Jewish Studies, with a focus on Holocaust Studies. She transferred to UofT in her second year, and started signing on to participate in campus theatre shows before her transfer had even been officially approved. Noam grew up dancing and acting, and has loved having the opportunity to choreograph, dance, act, and lip-sync her way through multiple campus theatre shows these past few years. She is excited to not only get to be behind the scenes choreographing and on the stage performing, but also in the Drama Coalition championing the incredible work done by UofT students in creating a vibrant and engaging campus theatre culture. If you ever want to approach Noam with a question or concern but are put-off by her allegedly intimidating posture and gait, please feel free to use the following topics as icebreakers: Fosse dance, book recommendations, and her dog, Freddie Barkury.
