About The University of Toronto Drama Coalition
Advocacy, Recognition, Celebration
The University of Toronto Drama Coalition is committed to supporting Campus Theatre at the University of Toronto. The U of T Drama Coalition advocates and provides resources for safe theatrical practices, recognizes student work through festivals, competitions, and social outreach and celebrates incredible art and the wonderful campus theatre community through events such as our annual awards ceremony.
The Drama Coalition's constitution is reviewed twice a year during Fall and Spring Annual General Meetings. Any General Member is welcome to attend the meeting and participate in voting on amendments. Amendment proposals are welcome year-round. Please send us a message via the "Contact" page if you would like to propose an amendment.

She has been involved in campus theatre as a stage manager, lighting designer and performer, and hopes to continue learning from this wonderful community. Dougies is April 6th, 2026 this year, save the date!
LILY BELLE
(she/her)
Social/Outreach Coordinator
Hi ! I’m Lily a first year student hoping to major in drama with an additional major of either media studies or psychology. I love films, video-games and language learning ( hopefully I can graduate being proficient in Japanese and Portuguese) I’m excited to experience something new and bring something valuable to this team!
SEFAT AHLUWALIA
(she/her)
Social/Outreach Coordinator
Hey everyone! I’m Sefat Ahluwalia, a 2nd-year Management and Psychology student and the Social Outreach Coordinator for the UofT Drama Coalition. I’ve loved theatre and acting since I was a kid, and now I get to help build the community that once inspired me. From national events to student-led productions, I’ve always gravitated toward bringing people together. This year, I’m focused on making UofT drama more connected, inclusive, and loud, and making sure everyone feels like they have a place both on and off the stage.
KIT DIXON
(they/them)
Communications Coordinator
Kit is in their fourth year at UofT as a drama specialist and environmental studies minor. They directed "Murder on the Orient Express" last year and are directing "Rent" for TCDS at Hart House Theatre this year! Kit loves campus theatre and seeing everyone's beautiful amazing work!
V RICZKER
(he/him)
First Year Representative
V Riczker is a first-year student planning to double major in Cinema Studies and Drama, with a minor in Yiddish. He is a full-time playwright and part-time actor, and couldn’t be more stoked to bring his dramatic passion and experience to UTDC. Outside of theatre, he enjoys film, art deco architecture, Jewish humour, poser bands, and peanut butter chocolate
GRISHA SHARMA
(she/they)
Awards Coordinator
Grisha is a second-year undergraduate student at the UofT Mississauga campus double majoring in History and English. She has been involved in Hart House Theatre as a First Year Representative and a general member for the Board Committee and a stage volunteer. She is the Secretary of Hart House Music Committee, Facilitation Associate for the Philosophy Academic Society and the Outreach Associate for Harmonix. She loves musical theatre with her favorites including Hamilton and Death Note: The Musical.
GABY BONDOC
(she/they)
Festival Coordinator
Gaby is a fourth-year student at the University of Toronto studying International Development Studies and Arts Management. At UofT, she’s been lucky enough to perform in Spring Awakening (EDS), Low Level Panic (VCDS), Next to Normal (VCDS/TCDS), and A Streetcar Named Desire (TCDS). When not performing, she is more often than not also beholden to Stage Management, whether that be for Never Swim Alone (VCDS), Lord of the Flies (SMCT), or Tick Tick… Boom! (SMCT). As a lover of festivals, she has also worked for ARTSIDEOUT, and TIFF, and is now very excited to return to co-coordinating the Drama Festival with Anya!
JANNAT NARANG
(she/her)
Communications Coordinator
Jannat is a Toronto-based theatre artist, director, performer, and emerging filmmaker, originating from India. She blends her training in Kathak with contemporary performance and decolonial storytelling. Currently the President of the UTSC Drama Society and involved with productions across the theatre program and student works at UTSC, Jannat creates work that centers South Asian narratives, identity, and the experiences of women of color.
